A Little About Hale Kaloko
Hale Kaloko is a beautiful pet friendly apartment community on the Big Island of Hawaii. Less than four miles on Palani Road from downtown Kailau-Kona, it's 10 minutes to downtown Kailua-Kona and world class resorts. We are also within minutes of Walmart, Starbucks, Target, Costco, and other popular shops and restaurants. The property is surrounded by native forests and coffee plantations, providing privacy and a natural setting for the residents. When the coffee plantations are roasting their coffee you can smell the aroma of coffee in the air.
Each resident has a stunning 10 mile coast line which includes Honokohau Harbor, where you can view one of Hawaii's infamous sunsets. The 10 acre property is at a cool and breezy elevation of 1,500 feet. On the property, you may encounter some of Kona's wild life including wild turkeys, the famous wild Kailua pigs, and many beautiful native birds. Hale Kaloko is a great place to live and it is a community with heart. We look forward to hearing from you.
We are now taking applications for the end of December move ins. Applications are taken and processed on a first come first served basis. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
3rd Floor Kai Unit $1,700- Available for move in 12/19 .
The Kai unit is the first and only one of it’s kind at the moment. It comes with bamboo cabinets, more countertop and storage space, as well as integrated LED lights and fans. (only 1 pet max)
2nd Floor Premium Unit $1,600 – Available for move in 12/27.
The premium unit is the property’s first remodel type. It comes with birchwood cabinetry, sterling oak flooring, and a divider to separate the bedroom area from the rest of the unit.
3rd Floor Deluxe Unit $1,800- Available for move in 12/27
The deluxe units are the only studios we have that come equipped with a full kitchen and a full bathroom.
